Sometime last week I actually admitted to using 'cheater glasses' when doing some of the finer detail work while crafting.
I'd actually almost needed them years earlier, but had Lasik surgery in 2003 (to correct vision that was about 20/600) and they suggested a 'mono vision' option since I was just starting to have difficulty seeing up close. When the procedure was over, one eye was corrected to 20/20, and the other to 20/15. It was incredible! But fully warned, I knew it would only buy me a few years, and my near vision would again start fuzzing up (needed to clarify the 'near' vision only is fuzzing because of that lovely thing we know as 'aging' lol - I can still see 20/20 distance) :)
Lucky me - Katie works at Michaels and texted me one day to say she'd bring home some fun glasses I could use (but could I transfer the money into he
r account? lol) . . . and look at how CUTE they are! And they each come with their very own matching cases =)
Just thought I'd share these with you. Hope you have a great weekend!! And don't forget to comment below (in fact, on all March posts until Sunday) to be automatically entered in the giveaway to be awarded on Monday!
Happy Easter!!
